To determine if you need to upgrade your receiver firmware, you first want to check if you already have the latest firmware. Firmware is based on model:
Arrow Gold® – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Arrow Gold+™ – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Arrow 100® (ser num starting with 183xxxxx) – current firmware: 6.0Aa01.
Arrow 100® (ser num starting with 216xxxxx or 2355xxxx) – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Arrow 100+™ – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Arrow 200® (ser num starting with 189xxxxx) – current firmware: 5.9Aa08.
Arrow 200® (ser num starting with 216xxxxx or 2355xxxx) – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Arrow Lite® (ser num starting with 81xxxxx) – current firmware: 6.8Qg24p.
Arrow Lite® (ser num starting with 216xxxxx or 2355xxxx) – current firmware: 6.1Aa01.
Check your firmware by going to the “About” menu of Eos Tools Pro. If your firmware does not match the above, then we recommend contacting our technical support team for instructions on how to upgrade your firmware.
